meet Emily Yeates
At the age of 14, Emily fell in love with design while standing in a construction site. She grew up in a family of real estate developers in the luxury market and through the years she fine-tuned her skills in design and construction by investing in her own properties starting at the ripe age of 21 and setting record sales prices per square foot in each neighborhood she entered.
Through her work she has created incredible partnerships with Developers, Builders and Homeowners by perfecting her designs and being a celebrated leader in the design industry. Recognized as one of the "best of the west" designers, she has been featured in Architectural Digest, Domino, MyDomaine, Better Homes & Gardens, HGTV Magazine and projects featured in Forbes International Properties.
Emily focusses on serving young professional families because she is one. She and her husband have two kids, Lydia & Beau, and are both family focused and business enthusiasts. She understands that your home needs to feel like you and your family, while maintaining efficiency. This is how her signature aesthetic was born: playful high-design.
The family of four has made their sanctuary in the desert, but travel the world curating art and unique objects for their personal collections. This is one reason it was important for her to create a studio space in her own home – sharing the experience with her clients first-hand the intimate relationship between her conceptual designs and real life application. Her reoccurring goal is to always to surprise and delight her clients. She vets each one to ensure that they share the same passion for art + culture. She then capitalizes on her passions to create spaces that evoke conversations and capture her client’s own unique personalities.
When she’s not eating, living, and breathing design you can find her with her family camped out in the desert riding dirt bikes, soaking up the sun, or shopping the flea markets in Paris. Her favorite quote is “I think everything in life is art. What you do, how you dress, the way you love someone and how you talk. Your smile and personality. What you believe in and all your dreams. The way you drink your tea. How you decorate your home or party. Your grocery list, the food you make. How your writing looks, and the way you feel. Life is art ” . And she sets that intention every day.

Becky is a seasoned project manager at Urban Revival, with over 15 years of experience in project leadership. She loves helping organizations improve their efficiencies, tackle complex projects, and implement strategic systems. Known for her attention to detail and strategic thinking, Becky ensures every project is executed flawlessly. Outside of work, Becky enjoys spending quality time with her family and her two sweet pups. Her passion and organization bring an innovative and energetic approach to everything she does at Urban Revival, and is a vital part of the team’s success.

Jenny is the dynamic marketing lead and project coordinator at Urban Revival, leveraging her creativity and strategic mindset to elevate the brand's presence. When she's not busy creating content, Jenny enjoys spending time with her two toy poodles, and bopping around New York City. In her free time, she never misses the opportunity to unwind and connect with good company over a refreshing cocktail. Jenny's passion for marketing and appreciation for social connections bring a unique energy to her role at Urban Revival.
Isa stands out as a highly skilled designer at Urban Revival, with a particular expertise in furniture selection that infuses a creative flair into the firm's projects. Her talent is complemented by a worldly perspective gained through extensive travel, adding a distinctive and global touch to each undertaking. Outside of her professional endeavors, Isa values quality time with her family and indulges in meaningful conversations over beautifully prepared meals.
Cortney is an exceptional Designer at Urban Revival, bringing her expertise and passion to every project. Her love for the outdoors fuels her creative spirit, drawing inspiration from nature's beauty and incorporating it into her designs.
